Tate leads passers with perfect game

By QBR's measure, you can't have a better game than Khalil Tate, who came out of nowhere to eviscerate Colorado with his arm and especially his legs. McKenzie Milton wasn't too far behind, while Jarrett Stidham cracked the top five for the third consecutive week. Kyle Kempt and Jonathan Banks rounded out the group.

I love Willie Fritz's decision to go for fourth-and-1 and the win on Tulane's home field with less than a minute left. It pays off and the Green Wave reached the end zone on the next play to beat Army 21-17. Coaches want to instill confidence in their teams, and Fritz just did there.

Oklahoma's Mark Andrews says he's "ready to go" full speed against Baylor. Said he could have played entire game against Tulane but coaches wanted him to rest after suffering knee injury earlier.

Tulane, Army continue losing streaks vs. ranked opponents

Both Tulane (lost at No. 2 Oklahoma) and Army (lost at No. 8 Ohio State) extended losing streaks against AP-ranked opponents on Saturday. The Green Wave and Black Knights own the two longest active losing streaks against such opponents in the FBS.

Tulane is hanging around at Oklahoma by keeping the ball away from Baker Mayfield. The Green Wave have kept the ball almost 19 of the game's 25 minutes so far. Oklahoma leads 21-14, thanks to a Parnell Motley pick-six. Otherwise, Tulane and its option ground game have been the story.

New Rams DT Tanzel Smart, an undersized interior lineman: "I really want to learn a lot from Aaron Donald."

Alden Gonzalez ESPN Staff Writer

With the fifth pick of the sixth round, the Rams took Tanzel Smart, a defensive tackle from Tulane. He's a 6-1, 296-pound three-technique. Quick and disruptive, though a little undersized. Depth for Rams' defensive line.
