Florida DL Khairi Clark says he feels Florida's defense is getting overlooked this year. Florida lost some key members to its defense but Clark feels like this defense will prove that it has what it takes to be even better than the last couple to come through Gainesville. "The attitude is the same as it was last year: we're the best defense in the nation. Just because we're losing guys, that doesn't mean our defense is going to go down. We're going to do everything and handle everything, like we usually do."

Florida WR Brandon Powell says this is the most talented and competitive receiving group he's been a part during his three-plus years at Florida. One SEC coach recently told ESPN that he believes Florida has the best receiving corps in the SEC and Powell agrees: "We have playmakers everywhere. It's going to be hard to stop us when we get it all together."
