Germany international Khedira, 31, moved to Juventus in 2015 and has won the Serie A title three times since arriving in Turin.

"I just extended my contract at @juventusfc until 2021," he wrote on Twitter.

"Since my first day I've had a special feeling and it quickly felt like home here. I'm very proud to be a part of the great history of the club and of the Juventus family."

Khedira, who has also won the Coppa Italia three times, has scored 20 goals in 80 Serie A matches for Juventus.
