Broncos coach Vance Joseph said Friday safety Darian Stewart suffered his third "stinger'' in the last three games Thursday night against the Cardinals, so Stewart may miss some time -- "we'll see about that,'' Joseph said. Joseph also classified running back Royce Freeman (ankle) and wide receiver DaeSean Hamilton (knee) as "day-to-day.'' Joseph said "hopefully'' Freeman will be able to play against the Chiefs a week from Sunday. And on wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (ankle), Joseph said: "Emmanuel Sanders is OK, his ankle is fine.'' The Broncos won't practice again until Monday, but those players, and several others, will be at the team's facility for treatment this weekend.

The Broncos' training staff will continue to evaluate four players Friday -- safety Darian Stewart (neck), wide receiver DaeSean Hamilton (knee), running back Royce Freeman (ankle) and wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (ankle). All four left Thursday's win over the Cardinals and did not return. Broncos coach Vance Joseph said Stewart suffered a stinger and "had the same stinger last week,'' so that could be a concern moving forward. Sanders said he "should be fine'' while Freeman was limping slightly as he went to the team's bus after the game. Hamilton is expected to undergo a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exam Friday.

For the Broncos linebacker Shane Ray (ankle/wrist), tackle Jared Veldheer (knee) and cornerback Adam Jones (hamstring) have been ruled out of Thursday night's game against the Arizona Cardinals. The team was scheduled to leave for Phoenix Wednesday after practice.

Broncos linebacker Von Miller just let it all all out and offered "we're going to beat their ass" on Thursday's game in Arizona. "That's just how I feel" and he added "we're going to bring our best and they have to bring their best."

The Broncos will have a walk-through practice at 5:30 today as safety Su'a Cravens, currently on injured reserve, and wide receiver Jordan Taylor, on reserve/PUP after offseason surgery on both hips, will both take part in the workout. Coach Vance Joseph said today the two will practice for the next two weeks before the Broncos will have to decide to either add them to the active roster or keep them on injured reserve for the remainder of the season. This week is an abbreviated one with walk-through practices only today and Tuesday with a light practice Wednesday before the team leaves for Arizona.

On the injury front for the Broncos outside linebacker Shane Ray has a walking boot on his left ankle/foot and his status is uncertain for Thursday night's game against the Cardinals. Also, right tackle Jared Veldheer (knee) and cornerback Adam Jones (hamstring) are both still getting treatment and are question marks for Thursday night as well. And with guard Ron Leary having suffered a season-ending Achilles tendon tear against the Rams Sunday, rookie guard/center Sam Jones will be uniform Thursday night as a backup with Max Garcia in Leary's left guard spot and Connor McGovern at right guard.
