After another eventful, high tackle-packed, weekend of Aviva Premiership, Guinness PRO12, Top 14 and Champions Cup action, we pick our British & Irish Lions team based on the form of last weekend.

15. Simon Zebo

The Munster fullback was superb against Racing 92 as the Irish province came away from Paris with the full five points.

14. Jonny May

Such was the impressive nature of May's performance against Worcester, David Humphreys threw his Gloucester winger into the Lions reckoning.

13. Garry Ringrose

The Ireland centre was part of a ruthless Leinster outfit that put 10 tries on Zebre with Ringrose grabbing a double.

12. Matt Scott

Scotland centre Scott put in a fantastic performance for Gloucester in their commanding win over Worcester.

11. George North

An honourable mention for Glasgow's Tommy Seymour, but George North was back to his destructive best for Northampton against Bristol.

10. Jonathan Sexton

It was Sexton's first match in seven weeks against Zebre, but he steered the ship majestically as Leinster hammered the Italians.

9. Richard Wigglesworth

Saracens battled hard with just 14 men to draw with Exeter and Wigglesworth's game management was on point.

1. Cian Healy

Leinster had Zebre's front-row on toast and Healy was key in this destructive performance. Ellis Genge also impressed for Leicester at Wasps.

2. Niall Scannell

The Munster hooker anchored a brilliant forward effort from the Munster pack and got the bonus point-securing try for his efforts.

3. Jon Welsh

Any prop who attempts to chip a fullback to score deserves a place in this week's side. Newcastle's Welsh's plans were eventually foiled by Anthony Watson but the ambition and his general scrummaging sees him take the tight-head spot.

4. Maro Itoje

The Saracens forward continues to drive standards in second-row play and he was superb against Exeter.

5. Donnacha Ryan

The Munster forward was at his inspirational best as they defeated Racing 92 in a hugely emotional occasion.

6. John Barclay

The Scarlets back-row put in a Man of the Match performance as they beat Ulster on Friday. Wasps' Thomas Young gets a mention for a great performance against Leicester.

7. Justin Tipuric

Tipuric should be in the Lions mix in June and he continued to push his claims for a spot on the plane with an impressive performance against Connacht,

8. CJ Stander

Stander is arguably the form forward in the northern hemisphere at present and was magnificent for Munster against Racing 92.
