Andre Ellington continues practicing in limited action

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Even though he was cleared Tuesday to participate fully, Arizona Cardinals running back Andre Ellington had a light load in practice.

That'll continue Wednesday, when he'll be limited, coach Bruce Arians said. Ellington will continue to be limited "until he feels like he can open up and play full speed."

Ellington didn't have a setback, however.

“He was going pretty good and then he just felt like it tightened up,” Arians said.

Added Wednesday to the ever-growing list of injured Cardinals was safety Chris Clemons (groin).

Arians announced the following players would miss Wednesday's practice: CB Darren Woodard, LB Zack Wagenmann, LB Shaq Riddick, LB Darryl Sharpton, LB Sean Weatherspoon, WR Michael Floyd, T Rob Crisp, RB Marion Grice and RB David Johnson.
