Wilfried Zaha to Spurs
Squawka claim Spurs are to reignite their interest in Crystal Palace attacker Wilfried Zaha. The former Man United winger reportedly spoke with Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino in the summer and was convinced by the project there but ultimately Palace rejected the £21 million offer on the table. It has been reported that Spurs will return to Selhurst Park with an offer of £25m in an attempt to secure the services of the 24-year-old in January.
Luiz Adriano to Porto
According to A Bola, Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon and Porto are interested in signing AC Milan forward Luiz Adriano. The striker isn't in Vincenzo Montella's first-team plans and has dropped below Gianluca Lapadula in the pecking order at the San Siro. It has been reported that the Brazilian would prefer a move to Porto due to the fact they're still in the Champions League, but the Sporting project under Jorge Jesus could also convince the 29-year-old to join.
Ross Barkley to Spurs
Spurs are keeping tabs on Ross Barkley's contract situation with a potential move in the summer on the cards. The 23-year-old has just 18 months remaining on his contract and if a new deal isn't agreed before then those in the Everton offices may have to take the phone off the hook. Spurs have been monitoring the situation as they look to piece together a young squad capable of competing in Europe.
Jamaal Lascelles to Liverpool
The Sunderland Echo have linked Liverpool with a big money move for Newcastle United captain Jamaal Lascelles. The 23-year-old defender has impressed under Rafa Benitez and, according to reports, has an army over potential suitors watching him on a regular basis. Chelsea have cast an eye over him as a potential long-term John Terry replacement but it appears Liverpool are first in the queue, though Newcastle could command as much as £25m for their skipper.
Eric Dier to Chelsea
The Times claim that Chelsea could make a sensational move for versatile Tottenham Hotspur man Eric Dier. The 22-year-old is reportedly worried that his position in the England team could be under threat because of a reduced role under Pochettino the season, as the arrival of Victor Wanyama has seen his playing time reduced. Antonio Conte is reported to be keen on bringing in a versatile player such as Dier, who is capable of playing anywhere in defence as well as a variety of positions in midfield.
