Commentary
This marks the first time Leeds have scored three-plus goals in the first half of a Premier League game at Elland Road since May 2001 against Bradford City (five). Farke's men have an xG of just 0.90, but don't be fooled they are well worth this lead. Newcastle's own xG of 0.26 tells a story of their struggles. Opta's live win probability has Leeds at 96 per cent likely to win this game now (compared to just 0.7 per cent for Newcastle), and it is hard to see any other outcome. But, stick with us folks, after all stranger things have happened in the Premier League.
Salisbury blows for half-time and Leeds are coasting at 3-0 up against Newcastle. Honestly, who saw that coming? The Whites thought they should have had a handball against Fernandez-Pardo in the very first minute, but any frustration has quickly evaporated. It started in the 32nd minute when Tanaka's strike deflected off both Steur and Lewis Miley, to completely wrongfoot Hornicek. Just a couple of minutes later, Calvert-Lewin met Justin's cross with a thumping header. The England striker missed another soon after, but he had a second on the stroke of half-time, putting Botman on the floor and coolly slotting past Hornicek.
HALF-TIME: LEEDS UNITED 3-0 NEWCASTLE UNITED
Muharemovic gets the assist after flicking on Bogle's cross-field pass, but it was all about Calvert-Lewin's awareness to react.

GOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLL! THAT COULD BE THAT! CALVERT-LEWIN SCORES AGAIN! Bogle switches the play, it's flicked by Muharemovic, who knew nothing about it. But Calvert-Lewin is onto the loose ball in a flash, moves into the area, cuts inside Botman, and slots past Hornicek into the bottom-right corner. Leeds lead Newcastle 3-0 and that might be it for Newcastle.
There will be a minimum of two added minutes to play in the first half here.
