Substitute Nill De Pauw scored the only goal of the game as Guingamp claimed a deserved 1-0 win against Angers to move fourth in Ligue 1. The home side started brightly and Yannis Salibur was not too far away from giving them a fifth-minute lead at the end of a good passing move.Jimmy Briand sent a shot inches wide from 20 yards, while at the other end Pierrick Capelle's header was kept out by goalkeeper Karl-Johan Johnsson.Salibur threatened again at the start of the second half, firing in a fierce drive which was punched clear by Mathieu Michel.Johnsson did well to keep out a header from Angers striker Karl Toko Ekambi, but it was Guingamp who grabbed the winning goal with 12 minutes remaining.A Ludovic Blas corner fell to De Pauw and he slammed home his first goal for the club.
