Longhorns, Aggies to renew rivalry on Dec. 8

Texas lottery prospect Hayes has bruised knee

Texas has announced that forward Jaxson Hayes has no structural damage in his injured left knee. The Big 12 Freshman of the Year projects to be a lottery pick in the NBA draft if he elects to enter his name.

Texas' Hayes, potential lottery pick, injures knee

Jaxson Hayes, a freshman at Texas who is projected as a top pick in this year's NBA draft, injured his knee in a loss to Kansas. "Hopefully it's not extremely serious," Longhorns coach Shaka Smart said.
