The Raiders, who trail the Patriots 13-10 at the half, have the opportunity for the double-dip, scoring at the end of the second quarter and receiving the second-half kickoff. Derek Carr's 1-yard TD pass to TE Foster Moreau was the third time he had thrown a TD in the final 2 minutes of the first half this season. He had two such passes all of last year. It was also Carr's 148th career TD pass, tying him with Daryle Lamonica for 2nd-most in Raiders history. Ken Stabler leads with 150 TDs.

Raiders rookie receiver Henry Ruggs III, the fastest player in the 2020 draft, was ruled out Sunday against the New England Patriots with knee and hamstring injuries.

Source: Gruden, Payton fined for mask negligence

Raiders coach Jon Gruden, who revealed that he had previously contracted COVID-19, and Saints coach Sean Payton were each fined $100,000 by the NFL for not wearing masks on the sideline during Monday night's game, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
