It was a top-class inswinger from Boult, pitched full and skidding into Younis to make him play all across the line, and he was falling over as well. Rare to see him losing balance like that. Hawk-Eye says impact was umpire's call, and it would have clipped leg. So the umpire's decision stands 24/3
