Bath have signed back-row forward Daniel Browne on a three-year contract from Guinness Premiership strugglers Northampton.
Browne, 27, has spent the last two seasons at Franklin's Gardens after linking up with Saints following three years at French club Grenoble.
He becomes the west country club's second signing in the forwards for next term after lock Martin Purdy agreed a deal to join Bath from Wasps.
