After a massive week of college football, the Allstate Playoff Predictor is here to sort things out.
Ohio State is holding firm on the top spot, but LSU is right behind the Buckeyes after its monster win in Tuscaloosa. The Tigers now have an 87% chance to make the playoff and a 17% chance to win it all. Ryan Day's crew, meanwhile, is at 89% to make the CFP and a whopping 40% to win the title.
Clemson keeps on rolling against a schedule devoid of Top 25 opponents, and has an 82% chance of making the top four.
After that is where it gets interesting.
A major talking point on Saturday night was if the Crimson Tide were done, considering they likely will not make the SEC title game and don't have a marquee win on their schedule. But the Allstate Playoff Predictor still sees them as the fourth most likely team to make the CFP, with a 40% chance. Oregon is next with a 32% chance, following by Georgia (25%), Oklahoma (11%), Auburn (11%) and Utah (7%).
And what about Minnesota? The Gophers remain unbeaten and are coming off an impressive win over No. 4-ranked Penn State. The Allstate PLayoff Predictor remains skeptical, giving P.J. Fleck's squad just a 4% chance of making the top four.
