Two weeks ago, we looked at which early producers were likely to last. Last week, we looked at which lines were scoring together. This week, a simpler question: who shows up every night?
The measure is the share of games in which a player has scored 1.7 fantasy points or more, roughly the pace of a fantasy-relevant skater. A high FPPG built on two or three big nights can vanish in a slump. A player who clears the bar most nights is a steadier add. These are the most consistent skaters still available in at least half of ESPN leagues:
Forwards
James Hagens, C, Boston Bruins (available in 65.1%): 1.7-plus FP in 11 of 16 games, 1.98 FPPG. The rookie has done it from the second power-play unit.
Mark Jankowski, C, Carolina Hurricanes (available in 84.8%): eight of 12 games, 1.93 FPPG. He still has at least one more month filling Jordan Staal's role.
Kent Johnson, LW/RW, Columbus Blue Jackets (available in 70.8%): seven of 12 games, 2.14 FPPG, and he's back on the Blue Jackets' top power-play unit.
Zach Benson, LW, Buffalo Sabres (available in 75.5%): eight of 14 games, 1.86 FPPG, with his production trending up. He's day-to-day, so check his status before adding.
Tim Washe, C, Anaheim Ducks (available in 90.1%): eight of 14 games, 1.77 FPPG.
Mackie Samoskevich, LW, Seattle Kraken (available in 95.7%): seven of 13 games, 1.84 FPPG, and his power-play time has climbed steadily since Seattle's youth took over the top unit.
Defensemen
Owen Power, D, Buffalo Sabres (available in 49.6%): nine of 14 games, the best rate of any defender on the list, even without much power-play time.
Tyler Kleven, D, Ottawa Senators (available in 59.9%): nine of 16 games, 1.98 FPPG. The hits and blocks are still holding up.
Charle-Edouard D'Astous, D, Tampa Bay Lightning (available in 70.3%): six of 12 games, 2.01 FPPG, and still on the Lightning's top unit.
One more name worth a mention: Joel Farabee was available in 74% of leagues when he led last week's power-play section. He's down to 43% after clearing the bar in nine of 15 games.

Goalie notes
Edmonton Oilers in 15 games (four last week):
Tristan Jarry (crease share season/week: 46.8%/75.8%, fantasy points season/week: 18.8/22.4, 73.6% available)
Devon Levi (crease share season/week: 46.7%/DNP, fantasy points season/week: 14.2/DNP, 73.9% available) Out until at least Nov. 9
Matt Tomkins (crease share season/week: 6.5%/24.2%, fantasy points season/week: 7.4/7.4, 100.0% available)
Last week we called Jarry a desperate matchup stream. He answered by leading every goalie with 22.4 fantasy points on a .957 save percentage, with good starts (2.7 fantasy points or more) in two of his past three. Levi could return as soon as Nov. 9, but the Oilers' next stretch includes Vancouver (20th in scoring), the Rangers (21st) and Philadelphia (32nd), so ride Jarry until then.
Toronto Maple Leafs in 16 games (three last week):
Sergei Bobrovsky (crease share season/week: 62.6%/66.3%, fantasy points season/week: -1.2/-7.8, 41.1% available)
Anthony Stolarz (crease share season/week: 37.4%/33.7%, fantasy points season/week: 20.4/5.2, 71.6% available)
Stolarz has delivered good starts in each of his past three and ranks ninth in FPP60 (fantasy points per 60 minutes). Bobrovsky ranks 47th and has gone three starts without a good one. The Leafs play five home games in the next 10 days, including a back-to-back, so Stolarz will get his chances. Utah (sixth in scoring) and Colorado (first) are among them, though.
Tampa Bay Lightning in 13 games (two last week):
Andrei Vasilevskiy (crease share season/week: 76.8%/100.0%, fantasy points season/week: 7.4/-1.8, 0.6% available)
Dennis Hildeby (crease share season/week: 23.2%/DNP, fantasy points season/week: 4.8/DNP, 98.7% available)
The Lightning play six games with two back-to-backs over the next 10 days, against a soft slate that includes Chicago (31st in scoring), Winnipeg (30th) and Columbus (29th). Vasilevskiy ranks 34th in FPP60 with no good starts in his past three, so Hildeby (22nd) should see a couple of those games, and he's available in 99% of leagues.
Buffalo Sabres in 14 games (three last week):
Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen (crease share season/week: 68.3%/33.4%, fantasy points season/week: -1.4/5.4, 46.6% available)
Colten Ellis (crease share season/week: 31.7%/66.6%, fantasy points season/week: 7.6/9.4, 98.9% available)
Alex Lyon (no games this season, 72.4% available) Out until at least Nov. 22
Ellis won both of his starts last week and has outscored Luukkonen this season, 7.6 fantasy points to -1.4, in five starts to Luukkonen's nine. Luukkonen has one good start in nine tries, and the Sabres' five games over the next 10 days include Columbus (29th in scoring) and Chicago (31st).
New Jersey Devils in 14 games (three last week):
Jake Allen (crease share season/week: 57.4%/33.3%, fantasy points season/week: 9.2/-2.0, 79.8% available)
Connor Hellebuyck (crease share season/week: 14.3%/66.7%, fantasy points season/week: 9.2/9.2, 7.8% available)
Hellebuyck has won both of his starts as a Devil, and he and Allen have strictly alternated over the past four games. Hellebuyck is rostered almost everywhere, so this one is a warning for Allen managers: New Jersey's six games in the next 10 days will give him some work, but not enough to rely on.
Follow-ups:
Pyotr Kochetkov, G, Carolina Hurricanes (available in 19.2%): Now 10-0-0 and first in goalie fantasy points. If he's still on your waiver wire, fix that.
Akira Schmid, G, Florida Panthers (available in 87.1%): Took every start last week and has good starts in three straight. Chicago (31st in scoring) and Columbus (29th) are still ahead. But Jacob Markstrom returned Monday.
Michael DiPietro, G, Boston Bruins (available in 87.3%): Good starts in each of his past three, but the Bruins play only three times in the next 10 days.
Devin Cooley, G, Calgary Flames: Out until at least Nov. 14.
Linus Ullmark, G, Ottawa Senators: Still expected out through Nov. 7. Keep holding.
Power-play pickups
League average for a five-man unit this season is 3.47 shot attempts per two minutes.
Emmitt Finnie, LW/RW, Detroit Red Wings (available in 77.0%): Last week's intro flagged Finnie's even-strength line. Now he's on the Red Wings' top unit with Viktor Arvidsson, Alex DeBrincat, Lucas Raymond and Moritz Seider, a group generating 5.09 shot attempts per two minutes. He's at 1.92 FPPG.
Philip Broberg, D, St. Louis Blues (available in 63.0%): Broberg's ice time has climbed steadily all season, topping 27 minutes in his latest game, and he has two power-play points in three games on the Blues' top unit. He's at 1.91 FPPG.
Mason Marchment, LW, San Jose Sharks (available in 91.2%): Marchment's power-play time has been trending up all season, and he's now on a five-forward top unit with Macklin Celebrini, Will Smith, Tyler Toffoli and Ivar Stenberg. The Sharks play four times next week.
Simon Holmstrom, RW, New York Islanders (available in 98.0%): Holmstrom is logging nearly four minutes a night on the Islanders' top unit, and his shot volume has been climbing. It's a deep-league play at 1.34 FPPG.
Follow-ups from earlier columns:
Kasperi Kapanen, RW, Edmonton Oilers (available in 92.0%): Back on the top unit with Zach Hyman out, at 4:26 a night.
Jonathan Lekkerimaki, RW, Vancouver Canucks (available in 83.1%): Two more power-play points in his past three games, and he's up to 1.77 FPPG.
Trevor Connelly, LW, Vegas Golden Knights: William Karlsson took his top-unit spot.
Ivar Stenberg, LW, San Jose Sharks (available in 63.0%): Still on the top unit, but without a power-play point in his past three games.
Droppables
The usual caution applies. Andrei Svechnikov (2.0 FPPG), Beckett Sennecke (2.2), Jack Eichel (2.5), Mika Zibanejad (1.8), Nico Hischier (1.9), Brayden Point (1.7), Dylan Guenther (1.8) and Will Smith (1.6) have all cooled lately, but each is on his team's top power-play unit. Keep them.
These are the ones to act on:
Timo Meier, LW, New Jersey Devils (rostered in 76.5%): Meier is at 1.25 FPPG lately on the second power-play unit, and his ice time has slipped to 15:33. In standard leagues, his roster spot is better used elsewhere.
Brock Nelson, C, Colorado Avalanche (rostered in 84.3%): He was on notice last week, and he has since slipped to 1.29 FPPG lately, still on the second power-play unit. It's time to move on in standard leagues.
On notice:
Jesper Bratt, RW, New Jersey Devils (rostered in 81.5%): Still on the top power-play unit, but his shot volume is trending down, and he's at 1.33 FPPG lately.
Tom Wilson, RW, Washington Capitals (rostered in 78.6%): 1.09 FPPG lately.
Follow-ups from last week:
Vince Dunn is still on the Kraken's second unit, and Brandon Montour (available in 22.0%) has 2.78 FPPG since his return. The swap still makes sense.
Morgan Rielly has climbed back to 1.6 FPPG. Keep him.
